What’s the role?

Carrington Consulting is a small Tax Accounting Practice; you will be providing organisational and general administrative support to the Owner, Senior Bookkeeper and to our clients.

You will be responsible for:

Internal support:

  • General administrative duties
  • On-boarding new clients into various cloud-based systems
  • Systems check – ensuring all clients are captured in the respective systems
  • Client Meetings: taking minutes/notes
  • Marketing Management and Public Relations
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Making sure our office environment remains awesome, after your arrival

Client work:

  • Client Payroll Administration
  • Client correspondence
  • Cashbook processing
  • Bank/credit card reconciliations
  • Debtors and Creditors
  • Debtor & creditor reconciliations
  • Downloading reports

Starting R6,650.00 Cost To Company per month

What qualifications do you need?


  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word; Excel; Outlook


  • ICB Certificate: Office Administration and/or Junior Bookkeeping
  • Sage One Business Cloud Accounting
  • Sage One Business Cloud Payroll
  • Xero
  • Smart Practice
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • 1-year administrative experience
  • On-the-job Training
  • Growth and development through continued employee training
